Treatment rooms for rent

We're looking for 1-2 more community oriented, like-minded massage therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and other holistic wellness practitioners to share our space! We're thrilled to say that all of the body workers currently sharing our space are some combination of queer, BIPOC, and/or trans.

  • Beautiful, recently renovated space just blocks from Lake Merritt

  • 4 fully furnished and well-ventilated treatment rooms + a shared waiting room, bathroom, break/storage room. There’s a back patio that would be perfect for hosting group workshops/classes.

  • Each room is fully equipped with everything you need to provide top quality services to your clients- including linens, pillows, various kinds of bolsters, plants, soft lighting, a Sonos speaker, a fan, an air purifier, radiant heater, towel warmer, and more.

  • Back patio available for group offerings.

Space is upstairs, removed from sidewalk. While this is great for privacy and noise reduction, it is unfortunately not an accessible space. Masks are required in the common areas. Month to month lease.

For the right fit we can remove the massage table for floor-based offerings or private movement instruction.

Rent includes

  • use of the following: one treatment room, waiting room, bathroom, and break room

  • linens and laundry service (we provide sheets, face cradle covers, bolster covers, towels, pillowcases, blankets, etc.)

  • monthly professional cleaning
