Treatment rooms for rent

We're looking for community oriented, like-minded massage therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and other holistic wellness practitioners to share our space!

  • Beautiful, recently renovated space just blocks from Lake Merrit

  • 4 fully furnished and well-ventilated treatment rooms + a shared waiting room, bathroom, break/storage room. There’s a back patio that would be perfect for hosting group workshops/classes.

  • Each room is fully equipped with everything you need to provide top quality services to your clients- including linens, pillows, various kinds of bolsters, plants, soft lighting, a Sonos speaker, a fan, an air purifier, radiant heater, and more.

Space is upstairs, removed from sidewalk. While this is great for privacy and noise reduction, it is unfortunately not an accessible space. Masks are required in the common areas. Month to month lease.

For the right fit, it is possible to rearrange/refurnish rooms to accommodate a talk therapist. We can also remove the massage table for floor-based offerings or private movement instruction.

Rent includes

  • use of the following: one treatment room, waiting room, bathroom, and break room

  • linens and laundry service (we provide sheets, face cradle covers, bolster covers, towels, pillowcases, blankets, etc.)

  • monthly professional cleaning
